6) “Sale,” “sharing,” and targeted advertising

We do not “sell” personal information and do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide required opt-outs.

For states that regulate targeted advertising (e.g., CO, CT, VA, TX, OR, DE, NJ), we currently limit analytics to non-profiled, aggregate uses. If we later engage in targeted advertising, we will provide state-specific opt-outs and honor universal opt-out mechanisms where applicable.

We do not permit service providers to use your data for their own purposes.

8) Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfect. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it according to our retention practices.

9) Children

The Site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

10) Consumer health data (Washington and similar laws)

We do not intend to collect “consumer health data” as defined by Washington’s My Health My Data Act or similar laws. Do not submit health diagnoses, treatment information, or other sensitive health details through the Site. If you choose to provide health-related information, we will handle it only to respond to your specific request and then delete it where feasible, and we will provide any required notices or consents if our practices materially change.
