We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

15) Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Cirrus regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
